Burnley FC in the Community

BFC in the Community, Burnley Football Club’s award-winning charity, needed a new website to better convey their values and display their range of projects, with a focus on slick design and user experience.

Web Audit

BFC in the Community wanted to understand how their website could perform better. +24’s experienced web team completed a full website audit to understand how visitors were using the website and identify the site’s weaknesses. These findings were then presented to BFCitC, alongside a strategy for the new website that would create a much more robust and results-driven site.

Website Development

The audit and comprehensive planning stage resulted in straight-forward website development, enabling us to meet a relatively tight deadline. To highlight the full expanse of work that the charity does and the reach of their multiple community projects, BFC in the Community needed a well-designed, polished website.

UX Design

The web audit allowed the +24 web team to create a user experience-focused design, as we knew what both BFC in the Community wanted to achieve with the new site and knew also how users were using the existing site. As one would expect, with the wealth of information at our disposal regarding the old website and what BFC in the Community wanted for their new site, we were able to create a fully responsive site, designed with mobile devices firmly in mind with ease of navigation as a main priority.
