If your business is not a B-2-B, and rather has a target audience that is comprised of members of the public, then weekends and after-work hours are the best times for you to post.
You should also take into consideration your audience. Instagram’s business page analytics show you the age, gender and location break-down of your audience. Implement these posting times in a way that aligns with the time zone matching where most of your audience comes from. An example of this would be posting a picture on a week day and three hours before lunch time if you’re a B-2-B business and most of your audience is from Dubai.
